1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services offered by Practor (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Practor provides educational and interview-preparation content, tools, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular content will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Notify us promptly at support@practor.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content except as allowed by normal personal use in the Service UI;
- Reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities except as permitted by law;
- Use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or distribute malware;
- Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute lesson or practice materials outside what these Terms allow;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or interfere with other users’ use of the Service.
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including text, graphics, software, and compilation of content, is owned by Practor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own interview preparation. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Purchases, access, and third-party billing
Paid plans or extensions may be offered through third-party payment processors (for example Stripe). Fees, taxes, and billing terms are presented at checkout. Access periods and renewal rules are described in the product at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method according to those terms.
Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@practor.org.
8. Disclaimers
No guarantee of accuracy: We do not guarnatee that the content is accurate or free from errors or inconsistencies. You agree that any reliance on such information is at your own risk. No guarantee of outcomes: We do not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the ISte. This includes, but is not limited to, success in any interviews, job applications, offers, or any offer results.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PRACTOR NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PRACTOR FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Practor and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
